• Management of inventory accounting for food and consumable goods
• Accounting for suppliers and payroll
• Monthly preparation of tax declarations
• Recording of accounting operations with third parties
• Recording of consumption and invoices by cost centers
• Management of advance expenses and provision for unused leave
• Monthly recording of salaries and related taxes
• Precise and verification of purchase and sales journals
• Verification and transfer of files from Opera Cloud
• Participation in periodic audits
• Respect for procedures in the integrated management system
