Accountant PPE

Adecco For a family-owned and very important enterprise in the canton of Vaud. We are looking for an Accountant PPE with experience. Responsibilities - Processing of PPE receipts - Entry and payment of invoices related to mandates - Establishment of heating accounts - Balancing of accounts, establishment of balance sheet and profit and loss statement as well as fiscal attestations and energy accounting - Taking over accounting for new mandates - Contacts with property owners and close collaboration with administrators - Participation in meetings with auditors.

Profile - CFC in commerce or equivalent training - At least 2 years of experience in PPE accounting in Switzerland - Pragmatic personality, administrative rigor, and organizational skills - Ease of communication and ability to work as a team - Flexibility in working hours during peak periods - Mastery of the French language and usual computer tools; knowledge of Abacus is an asset.
