Accountant – US & India Accounting & Taxation Company: Nexbase Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad - On-Site About the Role Nexbase is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting functions for both our US and India entities. This role requires hands-on expertise in US and Indian accounting and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting for US and India entities. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, and other general ledger transactions. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Indian GAAP. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate audits. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. Provide support to the management team in making informed business decisions by analyzing financial data and providing recommendations. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance internal controls. Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives. Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
