The Tasks

• Responsibility for ongoing financial accounting
• Preliminary preparation and support for monthly and annual closings
• Maintenance and coordination of accounts, as well as the creation of regular reports
• Support in payment processing and liquidity planning
• Closely working with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., tax consultants)
• Further development and optimization of existing accounting processes

The Profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in finance/accounting with a focus on finance/accounting
• Multiple years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Safe handling of common accounting systems and MS Office
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Pleasure in teamwork and clear, open communication
• Readiness to work at least two days a week on-site in the office
• Pleasure in working in a dynamic environment and spontaneous inquiries
