To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality who enjoys numbers, structure, and responsibility.

The Tasks

• Responsibility for ongoing financial accounting
• Handling payroll accounting via Personio
• Preparation and support for monthly and annual financial statements
• Account maintenance and reconciliation, as well as creation of regular reports
• Support with payment transactions and liquidity planning
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., tax advisor)
• Further development and optimization of existing accounting processes

The Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree with a focus on Finance/Accounting
• Several years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Payroll accounting experience
• Proficient in using common accounting software and MS Office
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• Enjoyment of teamwork and clear, open communication
• Willingness to work on-site at the office at least two days a week
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and handling spontaneous requests
