If accounts receivable is your pet project, you're not afraid of debtors, you're happy to take responsibility and have a genuine desire for co-creation, then this role fits you.

Your Tasks

  • Independent management and further development of ongoing financial accounting with a focus on accounts receivable, debtors, and asset accounting.
  • Capture, review, and manage incoming and outgoing invoices as well as monitor the reminder process.
  • Processing of travel expense and credit card statements in accordance with internal guidelines.
  • Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB in collaboration with the tax office.
  • Participation in conceiving and introducing digital accounting processes and future ERP integration.
  • Closely coordinating with internal departments and external partners.
  • Participation in cross-sectional projects in the finance and operations context.
  • Serving as a point of contact for accounting-related questions within the company.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training or degree in the field of finance, accounting, or comparable.
  • Multiple years of experience in accounts receivable accounting including review, booking, and payment processing.
  • Experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB.
  • First experiences in debtors' and asset accounting as well as the reminder process are advantageous but not a requirement.
  • Experience in processing travel expense and credit card statements.
  • Well-developed process understanding and interest in digitalization and ERP systems.
  • Very good German language skills (C1) in writing and speaking, as well as good English language skills.
  • Safe handling of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ideally Apple Keynote.
