Your Impact with Us

As an Accountant (all genders), you will work with the Finance team to ensure our operational accounting runs reliably and our figures are correct.

• You will independently and punctually process and book ongoing business transactions in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounting.
• You will support the preparation of monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS.
• You will take care of period-specific accruals and provisions and regularly perform account reconciliations.
• You will manage our fixed assets and the associated fixed asset accounting.
• You will check and book travel expenses and credit card statements.
• You will contribute your ideas when we can simplify, improve, or make existing accounting processes more efficient.

You already know operational accounting from practice and want to bring your experience to a role where you can work independently and be part of a team at the same time.

• You have solid professional experience in accounting and good knowledge of accounting according to HGB; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
• You are proficient with Excel and are familiar with common ERP and accounting systems – ideally, you already know Sage.
• You work in a structured and meticulous manner and maintain an overview even with recurring tasks and fixed deadlines.
• You can process your topics independently and at the same time know when team coordination is useful.
• You communicate clearly and uncomplicatedly and enjoy working with various contacts.
• You have very good German and English language skills.
