Accountant (m/w/d) – 1030 Vienna - Full-time or part-time from 30 hours/week

Job description

To strengthen our team at our headquarters in 1030 Vienna, we are looking for a motivated accountant.
In this responsible role, you will be responsible for processing the ongoing debit processes and make a significant contribution to the financial stability and transparency of our company.

Your tasks:

Recording incoming payments on bank accounts
Coordinating and assigning open debit positions
Clearing payment discrepancies
Processing debt collection and competent handling of customer inquiries
Collaboration with our external debt collection agency for overdue claims
Maintenance of master data, account reconciliation, and performance of creditworthiness tests
Support in monthly and annual closing works
Active participation in projects in debt management, particularly with a focus on digitalization
