Accountant (m/w/d) – 1030 Vienna - Full-time or part-time from 30 hours/week

To strengthen our team at our headquarters in 1030 Vienna, we are looking for a motivated accountant.
In this responsible role, you will be responsible for processing the ongoing debit processes and make a significant contribution to the financial stability and transparency of our company.

Your tasks:

• Recording incoming payments on bank accounts
• Coordinating and assigning open debit positions
• Clearing payment discrepancies
• Processing debt collection and competent handling of customer inquiries
• Collaboration with our external debt collection agency for overdue claims
• Maintenance of master data, account reconciliation, and performance of creditworthiness tests
• Support in monthly and annual closing works
• Active participation in projects in debt management, particularly with a focus on digitalization
