Accountant ITAA | Ambitious Career - Office Manager

For a well-established accounting group in the Kempen region, we are looking for a Fiscal Accountant ITAA for the location in Tielt-Winge. This role is specifically aimed at ambitious ITAA accountants who want to broaden their role and grow into an office manager position in the long term. You will be part of a strong Kempische group, where the location in Tielt-Winge remains small-scale with a team of around 10 colleagues. This combination ensures autonomy and impact, with the support and expertise of a larger structure. As a Fiscal Accountant ITAA, you combine in-depth content with responsibility and vision. You are the main point of contact for your clients and take their files entirely in hand, while simultaneously building on the further organization and functioning of the office. Your task package includes: Management of accounting and fiscal files from A to Z Closing balances and preparing annual accounts Preparation and submission of personal and corporate tax returns Guidance and defense during fiscal controls Advisory conversations and strategic discussions with clients Coaching and supporting file managers Thinking about processes, structure, and growth of the office Your profile You are a recognized Accountant ITAA You have at least 7 years of experience within an accounting firm You have a pronounced interest in taxation and entrepreneurship You take responsibility gladly and think beyond your own files You have leadership capacities or the clear ambition to develop these further You communicate fluently, professionally, and client-oriented What this office offers A clear growth trajectory towards office manager Working in a local location with decision-making space and impact Support from a strong group with knowledge sharing and structure Targeted training on soft skills, such as leadership, communication, coaching, and client conversations A modern, digital work environment that enables efficient working An attractive salary package including, among other things, company car, meal vouchers, group insurance...
