You have a good understanding of numbers, work structured, and want to start accounting correctly? Then take on responsibility as an accountant for ongoing bookkeeping and support us in ensuring clean closures and efficient processes. In this role, you combine accuracy with a sense of the whole and contribute to further developing and professionalizing our financial structures.
Your Mission at Our Company
- Conducting ongoing bookkeeping in DATEV ReWe (creditors, debtors, bank, asset accounts)
- Supporting monthly closures (e.g., preliminary allocations, adjustments, follow-up work)
- Conducting standardized account reconciliations and plausibility checks
- Ensuring a complete and clean basis for accounting (including tracking down missing documents)
- Closely cooperating with Accounting Operations to structure and quality-assure documents and data
- Supporting the preparation of data for reporting and evaluations
- Collaborating on standardizing and optimizing accounting processes
- Taking over recurring and operational tasks in the closing process
What You Should Bring
- First relevant work experience in accounting / financial bookkeeping (e.g., 1-3 years)
- Practical experience with DATEV (ideally accounting)
- Fundamental understanding of accounting relationships (HGB)
- Able to perform bookings independently and correctly
- Structured, meticulous, and reliable working style
- High self-responsibility and willingness to actively pursue topics
