Accountant

You will do what?

In this role, you are the point of contact for entrepreneurs and discuss the annual report, current figures, and future developments. You function as an advisor, reliable conversation partner, and trusted person for our clients in the mkb. You offer tailored advice, focused on growth and optimization of their business operations.

Your top 5 responsibilities as an accountant:

1. Review and sign off on compiled reports and provide statements.
2. Actively signal bottlenecks in work processes and suggest improvements.
3. Evaluate and discuss the annual report with the client and provide advice.
4. Keep up to date, maintain, and share technical knowledge.
5. Guide accountants in training in their development.

What do you bring?

We are looking for a professional who:

• Has a post-hbo AA diploma.
• Is registered with the Royal Netherlands Association of Accountants (NBA).

In addition, you are an enthusiastic colleague with excellent communication skills and demonstrable leadership experience. You enjoy motivating your colleagues and are skilled, client-focused, and entrepreneurial. You see it as a challenge to build up the mkb practice and to invest in the development of your team.

Your work location

You will work hybrid, with a fixed location in Utrecht. Here, you will work together with colleagues from the compilation practice, as well as professionals in the field of audit and advice. Our office is located on the 6th floor of a collective building in Papendorf, where we work on one floor. We find knowledge sharing and collaboration important, so we can really help entrepreneurs together.
