The Role
In this role, you will balance compliance duties such as GST and payroll to financial statements, tax management, and IRD liaison with high-value client advisory if that is something you're experienced with.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and GST for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals.
• Managing payroll and ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Liaising with the IRD and handling ACC matters on behalf of clients.
• Supporting senior accountants and building strong client relationships.

About You
We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in a public practice setting. You are technically proficient, comfortable working independently, yet thrive as part of a collaborative team. To succeed, you will have:

• A sharp, analytical mind with outstanding numerical proficiency.
