Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop in a professional environment, with access to a modern ERP system and various projects.

Main responsibilities:

• Verification and registration of documents received in the ERP system
• Verification and registration of payments and delegations
• Paying suppliers and operating them in ERP
• Preparing consumption vouchers and production reports
• Performing and verifying transfers between departments
• Following up on partner balances and reconciliations
• Preparing and verifying receipt notes
• Verifying ongoing situations
• Archiving supplier and customer contracts
• Registering projects and client orders in ERP

Requirements:

• Economic studies
• Better knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Middle-level English language skills
• Category B driving license
• Attention to detail, organization, and seriousness
