Addetto/a Contabilità Clienti e Fornitori (Ciclo Attivo e Passivo) Sede di lavoro: Nepi We are looking for a motivated and precise resource to join our administrative team to manage the complete accounting of clients and suppliers. If you have a deep familiarity with accounting software, you may be the person we're looking for. Main Responsibilities and Tasks The selected person will be responsible for managing in autonomy or in collaboration the following activities: - Accounting Clients (Active Cycle): - Issuance, registration, and archiving of active invoices. - Management of receipts and bank movements. - Monitoring of client accounts and execution of reminders to recover credits. - Bank reconciliations and customer accounts. - Accounting Suppliers (Passive Cycle): - Registration and coding of passive invoices and credit notes. - Preparation and management of payments to suppliers. - Management of supplier records and passive schedule. - Management of the first note and basic accounting writings. - General Tasks: - Support in periodic accounting closing activities (monthly/quarterly/yearly). - Collaboration in document management and archiving. Requirements Required - Consolidated experience as an Accountant for Clients and Suppliers. - In-depth knowledge of accounting software (Zucchetti accounting software will be a preferred title). - Excellent mastery of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel. - Strong orientation to precision, reliability, and respect for deadlines. Preferred Requirements - Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written), useful for managing foreign suppliers/customers. - Diploma in Accounting or degree in Economic Sciences.
