Accountancy Sales

This is not a classic accounting office where everything takes place behind the scenes. From a modern office located near the Leuven ring, a multidisciplinary team guides kmo's and freelancers with clear, future-oriented advice. The internal accountants prepare the technical files; you are the one who brings them to life, connects the numbers to concrete decisions with the entrepreneur. What you do As a relationship manager, you are the permanent face of the office at the client level and the link between the internal team. You: build lasting relationships with your own portfolio of approximately 70 files; you know the plans, challenges, and ambitions of 'your' entrepreneurs; you visit clients multiple times per week on site and translate reports and numbers into clear actions and advice; work together with colleague accountants: they do the technical work, and you take it to a strategic advisory level; signal opportunities in terms of taxation, restructuring, and digitalization and discuss them with partners; monitor structure: deadlines, reporting, and customer satisfaction never losing sight of it. No day is the same: one day you sit down with a growing kmo around the table, the next day you internally discuss a restructuring or digitalization project. Who you are You combine advisory skills with a solid technical foundation. Bachelor or master's degree in Accountancy, Fiscal Law, or equivalent; at least 4 years of experience in accountancy or advisory services; you present fluently, feel comfortable in conversations with entrepreneurs and enjoy being on the road; you are organizationally strong and manage your own portfolio (approximately 70 files) with a lot of autonomy; you have a B driving license and see many client visits as a logical part of your job.
