WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You lead and develop your project management team and are a strategic point of contact for complex customer projects in the telecommunications sector.
• You develop and implement – together with the strategy and social media departments – comprehensive social media strategies and serve as a strategic sparring partner for our clients with large budgets.
• You are responsible for the operational and strategic client consulting at the highest level and ensure the successful implementation of 360-degree campaigns.
• You steer complex project workflows, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure timely and budget-conform project implementation.
• With your advanced social expertise, you create a significant added value for the team and ensure that clients are optimally advised and campaigns are excellently implemented.

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

• Multiple years of leadership experience (larger team) in client service or account management; ideally in a social media or digital agency.
• Fundamental expertise in social media strategy development and comprehensive experience in advising clients with complex requirements.
• Outstanding strategic thinking and the ability to act as a competent sparring partner at the C-level.
• Excellent communication skills, presentation strength, sovereignty towards clients, and the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable manner.
• Experience in managing large budgets and steering interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic agency environment.
• Fluent German language skills and secure English for communication with international stakeholders.
• Bonus points if you also bring experience in production.
