Account Specialist for Client Acquisition

• Searching for potential clients, without any industry limitations – this can include small businesses, large companies, restaurants, hotels, tattoo salons, freelancers, bloggers, and many others.
• Making the first contact – through email, phone, or social media.
• Providing basic data about the potential client (company name + contact method).
• Writing a message with a proposal for cooperation (we can suggest example texts, but it's best if the person creates them independently).
• Conducting phone conversations with potential clients, if the contact form allows.

• Probationary period: 2 months, during which:
  • 500 PLN per month (basic salary),
  • + 300-500 PLN for each client who is referred by you and signs a contract with us (premium amount depends on the services chosen).
• The possibility of extending cooperation after the probationary period.
• Flexible working hours – you decide when and how much time to dedicate. We don't track hours, we're interested in results (number of contacts and conversations).
• Business phone during the contract term (if needed).
• Full support: we'll introduce you to the topic, provide all information about the company, services, and working methods. We'll be available for any questions.

• A communicative person who can talk to clients and encourage cooperation.
• A self-reliant and organized individual – able to find contacts independently and decide on their own actions.
• Regardless of whether you have experience or not – what's important is that you feel comfortable in conversations with clients.
• A flexible employment form: B2B or Work for Hire – we'll adapt to your situation.
