Job Description:

• Be the main point of contact between client and agency, ensuring clarity, speed, and confidence in each delivery.

• FOLLOW DEMANDS, BRIEFINGS, SCHEDULES, AND STRATEGIC ALIGNMENTS.

• Understand clients' businesses deeply and propose creative solutions with the internal team.

• Collaborate with creation, design, content, media, and BI to transform needs into consistent deliveries.

• Prepare and present performance reports, results, and growth opportunities.

• Conduct alignment meetings and defend ideas clearly, persuasively, and strategically.

We are looking for someone with:

• Prior experience in account service or related areas in agencies.

• Organization, strategic vision, and ability to manage multiple accounts/projects.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A proactive and collaborative profile.

• The ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.

• Intermediate/advanced English will be considered a differential.
