With Hiphopde, we operate the largest music magazine in the German-speaking region. Founded in 1998, the magazine is now present on all relevant platforms. Many creators have been established here. No pop cultural medium reaches more people in the German-speaking region than ours.

As a Cultural-Marketing-Agentur, we root brands in popular culture.

As a production company, we create shows, books, documentaries, and other content for publishers, labels, public broadcasters, and consumer brands.

Tasks

As an Account- and Project Manager:in, you manage customer projects from inquiry to completion. You are the point of contact for customers in project operations, keep internal processes running smoothly, and ensure that projects are structured, economical, and successful.

You work closely with colleagues from project management, production, editorial, and social media and make sure that all parties involved have the right information at the right time.

• Project Management: You keep an eye on timings, budgets & quality and ensure a smooth project flow. You prepare offers, calculations, presentations, and reports professionally.
• Customer Service & Consulting: You understand the goals of our customers and provide professional customer service in project operations. For this purpose, you organize meetings, briefings, and coordination with customers and project participants.
• Creative Concepts: You develop strategies, communication approaches, content formats, and creative activations for our partners with your team.

Qualification

• Culturally Rooted: You love hip-hop culture and have deep knowledge in pop cultural areas.
• Persuasive: You excite people about ideas, build strong relationships, and communicate safely with customers & creatives.
• Experience: You have experience in project management, account management, or a comparable field.
• Structured & Hands-on: You steer projects goal-oriented and efficiently to success.
• Eigenverantwortlich: You work independently, have a sharp eye for detail, and remain flexible even with short-term changes.
• Process- and Solution-Oriented: You think in processes, recognize optimization potential, and ensure efficient project structures. You recognize challenges early on and find practical ways to bring projects forward successfully.
• Social Media Affinity: You have a feeling for which content works on which platforms.
• Presentation-Safe: You prepare ideas, offers, and concepts professionally and possess very good German & English skills.
• Team-Oriented: You work well with others and bring positive energy to the team.
