Account Project Manager

Join our dynamic team at 441 Design Powerhouse as we expand our graphic design department. This pivotal role bridges the gap between our clients and creative team, ensuring projects are delivered swiftly and clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with both international and local clients.
• Coordinate graphic design projects including presentations, branding, campaigns, and 3D visuals.
• Collaborate directly with designers, art directors, and 3D specialists in the Graphic Design Team.
• Monitor project delivery times, scope, and margins.
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to business growth.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in project/account management, preferably in an agency.
• Communicates effectively in both Romanian and English.
• Is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Has experience with project management tools.
• Is passionate about design and clarity.

Work Mode: Full-time, On-site in București
