Account Operations Specialist

We are hiring an Account Operations Executive to manage backend execution of manufacturing accounts. This role focuses on process accuracy, ERP discipline, packaging coordination, QC tracking, and documentation control. This is a precision-driven role. Zero-error mindset required. Key Responsibilities Operational Control ERP order entry with correct BOM and pricing Coordinate PM inward, GRN, and QC clearance Monitor production planning status daily Maintain usage and leftover reconciliation records Ensure accurate inventory levels and track material movements Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials Manage and maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
