Account Operations Executive/Snr Executive
Job description
Description The incumbent will act as liaison between sales, operations and the customer for an assigned account, to ensure the customer's processes and procedural requirements are implemented. Ensure that shipments are handled in accordance with established procedures, prevailing SLA, operational compliance and specific customer requests. Maintain a consistently high level of customer service to both external and internal clients. Coordinate with Sales and Operations to implement and maintain the customer's account operations, ensuring seamless integration with other departments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams and operations personnel. Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns that may impact the customer's satisfaction or overall business performance.
