Aufgaben

What you can do:

• Campaigns, editorial plans, and paid strategies sensibly connect.

• Clients strategically advise and ensure they are guided through all project phases – you know: the service concept is the A and O in your job.

• Create KVA's independently and plan budgets.

• Understand requirements, prioritize, and translate into clear briefings (e.g., for creation).

• Keep track of timings, resources, and results – from kick-off to project plan to reporting.

• Interpret KPIs and derive what really works.

• Recognize platform trends – and translate them intelligently with the team, not copy them.

• Recognize upselling opportunities and develop them together with the team.

Qualifikation

What you bring:

• First professional experience in a relevant environment (min. 2 years full-time).

• You know your way around all relevant social media channels.

• Recognize upselling opportunities and develop them together with the team.

• Safe handling of common AI solutions

• Ideally experience in shooting/direction assistance and independent planning of smaller in-house productions

• Ideally first experience in preparing social media strategies for clients

• Ideally first experience with the Meta Business Suite
