We're looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Account Manager to take ownership of an existing portfolio of industrial clients and casual workforce. The Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to both clients and candidates.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of active industrial clients
- Conducting regular service reviews and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Recruiting, onboarding, and managing a high-volume casual workforce
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records using FastTrack360
- Leading toolbox talks, site visits, and WHS walk-throughs to uphold safety standards
- Collaborating with internal teams to support effective workforce planning and delivery
About You
We're seeking a motivated recruitment professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering with urgency, professionalism, and care.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in agency-based recruitment or account management (industrial/labour hire highly regarded)
- A solid understanding of labour hire compliance and recruitment processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High levels of initiative and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong organisational skills
- Tech confidence - experience with FastTrack360 is a bonus
