Account Manager - Fluid Systems and Couplings (Home-Based)

We are looking for a commercially and technically strong individual who wants to contribute to the growth of a leading international company. For our client, we are seeking an Out-of-Sales Engineer responsible for the Dutch market and actively contributing to the expansion of their solutions in the field of industrial fluid systems.

Our client delivers high-quality couplings, quick couplings, and technical interface solutions for machine building, automation, robotics, and various production environments. Their products ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable transfer of fluids, gases, cooling, and hydraulics.

As an Out-of-Sales Engineer, you are the technical-commercial point of contact for customers throughout the Netherlands. You combine technical knowledge with commercial skills and build long-term relationships.

Your responsibilities:

• BUILDING AND MAINTAIN CONTACTS WITH OEMs, machine builders, and industrial customers

• ACTIVE SIGNALING AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITIES

• TECHNICAL ADVISING ON THE RIGHT COUPLINGS, SYSTEMS, AND SOLUTIONS

• TENDER OFFERS AND CUSTOMER-ORIENTED TECHNICAL PROPOSALS

• PRESENTATIONS, PRODUCT DEMOS, AND EXPLANATIONS AT CUSTOMER LEVEL

• CUSTOMER VISITS FROM YOUR HOME WORKPLACE, WITH REGULAR PRESENCE AT THE BENELUX OFFICE

• MANAGING YOUR OWN AGENDA AND SCHEDULE

• TECHNICAL EDUCATION OR EVIDENCE OF EXPERIENCE IN A RELEVANT TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT

• INTEREST OR EXPERIENCE IN FLUID SYSTEMS, HYDRAULICS, PNEUMATICS, COOLING SYSTEMS, OR INDUSTRIAL COUPLINGS

• FLOEUND IN DUTCH AND ENGLISH, BOTH VERBALLY AND WRITTEN

• CORPORATE INSTILLATION WITH A REAL HUNTER MENTALITY

• TECHNICAL INSIGHT AND QUICK UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMER NEEDS

• CUSTOMER-ORIENTED, SOLUTION-ORIENTED, AND PROACTIVE

• FLEXIBLE, STRESS-RESISTANT, AND FOCUSED ON COLLABORATION

• GROSS SALARY: €60,000 - €75,000 PER YEAR

• 13th MONTH
