Account Manager - (TCS Account)

Job Title: Account Manager – (TCS Account) Location: Noida 62 (Onsite 5 days) Experience Required: 10 Years Shift: US Shift (7pm – 4am IST) Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Account Manager with proven experience in managing TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) accounts in the US contract staffing domain. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the Beeline/VMS portal, deep understanding of US staffing processes, and a proven ability to scale and grow existing client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain existing TCS accounts in the US contract staffing domain. • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and revenue. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at TCS. • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the TCS portfolio. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions. • Develop and manage budgets for account-specific initiatives. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Provide exceptional customer service to TCS clients. • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends. Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in account management or a related field. • Proven track record of success in managing large-scale accounts. • Strong understanding of US staffing processes and regulations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience with Beeline/VMS portal is highly desirable.
