Account Manager - Stakeholder Advisory and Engagement Agency

Responsibilities: * Develop and deliver multi-channel communications solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations; * Build strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored communications strategies; * Work closely with internal teams, including design, production and project management, to ensure the delivery of high-quality communications solutions; * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client communications and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our services; * Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and help to grow our client base. Requirements: * 2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency or in-house communications team; * Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and advisory principles; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
