Job Description:

As an Account Manager Intern, you will be a key player in the success of our supermarket and food businesses partners, ensuring a unique and magical experience for our users; while building a solid and sustainable foundation for our application. You will therefore support the following missions:

As an Account Manager Intern, you will assist the Account Managers to whom you will be attached in developing their portfolio of brands. Your main missions will consist of:

• Ensuring the operational and commercial follow-up of the stores in your portfolio.
• Managing the portfolio of partner stores.
• Analyzing the operational performance of stores on a daily basis.
• Calling underperforming partners daily to support them in their operational excellence.
• Ensuring the proper adoption of Deliveroo products (order reception application, marketing tools, partner portal, etc.).
• Setting up and implementing marketing campaigns.

Profile Sought:

• Commercial Mindset - you know how to anticipate commercial discussions and influence decisions made by the Account Manager with head office. Ideally, you have prior commercial experience.
• Proactive - in your interactions with stakeholders. You love being in the field and are involved in all operational aspects of your role and within your scope.
• Customer Centric - be obsessed with our customers. You use quantitative and qualitative data to build excellent operational service for our customers.
• Adaptability - you are enthusiastic, flexible, and adaptable, capable of overcoming obstacles through facilitation, creativity, and ingenuity. You know when it's time to make a call and apply the 80/20 rule daily.
• Team Spirit - you know how to collaborate and make the most of the people around you. You are able to work effectively at all levels of Deliveroo and succeed with and through others.

• Languages - fluent French and professional English.
