You will have the opportunity to support the middle and/or senior Account Management team in the daily management of large-scale campaigns and client relationship development.
As an Junior Account Manager Social Media (M/F), you will be involved in:
- Client Management and Commercial Support: Assist middle and senior Account Managers on a daily basis, prepare presentations, performance reports, and worklists (internal and client). You will participate in client meetings, write minutes, conduct market research/competitive benchmarks, and help prepare commercial proposals (budgets, timelines, templates).
- Social Media Strategy and Planning: Contribute to social media audits, assist in writing creative briefs for our social creatives, and closely monitor campaign performance to identify areas for optimization.
- Project Management and Operations: Ensure operational follow-up of campaigns, coordinate internal teams (creative, media, data...) under the supervision of your manager, and ensure that Traffic teams are briefed as early as possible.
- Financial Tracking: Participate in budget management, tracking of time spent on projects, as well as monitoring client invoicing and payments.
🎓 YOUR PROFILE:
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) in communication, marketing, or equivalent.
- You have significant initial experience (end-of-studies internship or first job) in social media, ideally within an agency.
- You have a good knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and solid notions of digital marketing.
- You are proficient in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- You are recognized for your rigor, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are curious, eager to learn, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
