Account Manager SOC

As account manager SOC, you will primarily focus on connections to our Securitas Operations Center. In other words, the alarm centers we have as Securitas in the Netherlands. As an account manager, your main task is to realize a new piece of business and account management for your own customer portfolio with installers. You map out which installers are interesting for our SOC, but also think broader.

For example, new opportunities in the field of track and trace or performing other security-related services remotely, think for example about PPA's or Mobile Camera Masten with follow-up.

Based on this market research, you will start working to actively process this market and bring in new customers.

In addition, you know how to work a network, approach potential customers, and build relationships up and down. You get energy from generating new business and it's a plus if you have knowledge, experience, and/or affinity with safety & security. You are someone who listens well, digs deeper, and uncovers the needs of the customer. You do not just accept information! You use analytical tools and, if necessary, involve internal (technical) specialists to get to the right result, complete the assignment, and help your potential customers optimally.

You will also be busy with:

• The commercial and relational development of the customer contract in your portfolio.
• Point of contact for your customers as Single Point of Contact
• Spotting trends on the Remote Services / Monitoring market and actively advising on developments that are relevant to your customers
• Budgeting, indexing, analyzing, and reporting on customers at a national level.
• Foering commercial discussions and closing contracts, including guiding the implementation and onboarding.
