Account Manager - Property Technology (SaaS)

MRI are hiring an Account Manager! Create advocates in the marketplace for the MRI brand, minimize attrition of existing customers through open and regular communication, drive whitespace revenue into existing customer accounts through new feature uptake, partner integrations as well as identifying migration opportunities from desktop to cloud. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction; • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of advocacy and loyalty; • Identify and capitalize on whitespace opportunities within existing customer accounts through new feature uptake, partner integrations, and migration from desktop to cloud; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer; • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MRI's property technology solutions and their applications in the marketplace; • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
