Account Manager (m/w/d) Managed Services - KRITIS

To support and develop our customers in the context of kritischer Infrastrukturen, we are looking for a Account Manager (m/w/d) Managed Services.

What you can expect:

• Responsibility for the care and development of existing customers in the KRITIS environment
• Main point of contact (m/w/d) for all commercial and contractual matters in the account
• Development of Managed Services offerings (operation, support, SLA-based services)
• Guidance of offer, contract, and extension processes
• Tight cooperation with Service Delivery, Technology, Architecture, and Project Management
• Synchronization of performance contents, SLAs, and service models according to regulatory requirements
• BUILDING long-term, trust-based customer relationships at the decision-making and management level

We are looking forward to:

• Multiple years of experience in account management or sales-related IT services
• Experience with Managed Services and/or IT operation models
• Ideal connections with KRITIS-relevant customers or regulated environments
• Understanding of operational IT structures, service-level models, and contract work
• Structured, reliable working style and high sense of responsibility
• Very good German and good English skills
