• Responsibility for Client Relationships You are the point of contact for 30 to 50 commercial clients with fleet sizes ranging from approximately 25 to several thousand risks. You manage your assigned client relationships and bear primary responsibility for high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty. You make decisions regarding offers and contract renewals – supported by the Head of Operations for complex issues.
• Ensuring Service and Quality Standards You ensure the agreed-upon services are delivered with constant quality based on your high level of expertise and ensure the smooth processing of all operational business transactions according to Howden's quality standards.
• Customer-Oriented Process Management You are responsible for the customer-oriented and economically optimal processing of all processes within your area of responsibility and align the insurance companies' workflows with the requirements of the clients and Howden Deutschland AG.
• Collaboration and Professional Guidance You involve internal experts as needed, work closely with account managers from other divisions, and can professionally guide a team of account supervisors and assistants.

• Commercial Insurance Training You have completed commercial insurance training and possess a sound understanding of managing commercial clients.
• Several Years of Professional Experience You have at least three years of professional experience, ideally in the back office of an insurance broker. Knowledge in the Mobility sector and in managing motor vehicle fleets is a valuable addition to your profile.
• Proficient in Systems and Languages You work confidently with administrative and contract systems in the brokerage environment, as well as with Outlook and Excel. You communicate very confidently in German and have good English language skills.
• Quality Awareness and Team Orientation You impress with a high level of comprehension, flexibility, and reliability. A strong sense of quality, as well as empathy and enjoyment of teamwork, also characterize you.
