We, the team around Lucas Kleinecke, work with the largest personal brands in the German-speaking countries and help them grow even bigger.

We are a young, ambitious team that has organically built over 250+ million views, over 7-figure revenues, and 100+ personal brands so far.

Responsibilities

The main task is to manage the largest entrepreneurs and personal brands in the DACH region

– Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth start to the collaboration

– Management and further development of our existing clients

– Regular check-in calls and close coordination

– Responding to support and chat requests reliably and quickly

– Close collaboration with Lucas Kleinecke and top entrepreneurs in the DACH region

Qualifications

– Experience in the social media/content sector (own agency or self-employment is a clear plus)

– Experience in direct customer contact and handling customer relationships

– Good feel for copywriting and social media content

– Structured, reliable, punctual, ambitious, and disciplined

– Resident in or around Mannheim or willing to relocate (full-time, on-site)
