Account Manager

MAW Men at Work S.p.A., Search & Selection is looking for an Account Manager for a client company.

They will perform the following duties:

• Identify new sales opportunities and growth areas in the relevant market;

• Develop commercial plans in line with company objectives;

• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and trend evaluation;

• Build and maintain solid and trusting relationships with existing and new clients;

• Be the point of reference for all the client's commercial needs;

• Constantly gather and monitor feedback, needs, and satisfaction levels;

• Coordinate the management of technical and economic proposals;

• Collaborate with internal functions (R&D, engineering, quality, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth activity management;

• Support the technical definition of products/solutions, effectively interfacing with development teams;

• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and framework agreements;

• Foster cross-selling, upselling, and new business development opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical knowledge of the product/service and ability to discuss it with technical interlocutors (R&D, engineering);

• Degree in economic or technical disciplines;

• At least 5 years of B2B commercial experience as a sales executive, account manager, or similar roles (Technical figures with a predisposition to assume commercial roles will also be considered);

• Understanding of commercial processes and main B2B sales dynamics;

• Negotiation and proposal management skills;

• Fluent knowledge and use of the English language (spoken and written).

The company offers direct permanent employment with a gross annual salary between 35K and 50K, to be determined based on previous experience.
