Your main responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of key restaurants in mature areas, where expertise and attention to detail make all the difference.
• Develop privileged and lasting partnerships by becoming the expert point of contact for your area and leveraging your Food Tech knowledge.
• Optimize the performance of your accounts through personalized, long-term support informed by data.
• Analyze the results of your restaurants, identify areas for improvement, and recommend concrete actions to your manager while remaining agile and open to new ideas.
• Propose and implement targeted marketing and promotional campaigns to boost the attractiveness of your partner restaurants.
• Closely monitor operations to ensure the best possible restaurant and customer experience.

Your experience and qualities:

• You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role where managing a partner portfolio was central to your mission.
• You know how to negotiate and anticipate commercial discussions while keeping Deliveroo's values in mind.
• You can keep control of your portfolio, identify new market trends, and share useful feedback with your partners and your manager.
• The field is a place where you feel comfortable: you know how to build trusting relationships with your partners while keeping a close eye on the competition.
• You know how to be proactive, analyze the results of your actions, and propose concrete recommendations to your manager.
• You work autonomously while staying focused on the set goals, know how to take ownership of specific objectives, and do everything you can to achieve them.
• You know how to design specific actions, tailored to both your partners' needs and the strategy defined by your manager.
• You can identify, understand, and analyze performance data (commercial and operational) to ensure an impeccable level of service.
• You can express yourself in English (both spoken and written).
• You can convince while building strong, lasting commercial relationships, where Deliveroo becomes the partner of choice.
