Your Mission

Your client comes with an idea, a topic, a problem, and you immediately see the whole picture: what that means for social media, what it means for performance, what it means for content, what it means for print, and above all, the next sales meeting.

You are the person who turns a briefing into a functional concept, instead of just ticking off a to-do list. You manage campaigns from the initial idea to their execution, keeping an eye on budget, timing, and quality, and translating what the client actually needs into briefs that all internal teams immediately understand and enjoy implementing. Even with the very first idea, you think ahead instead of just waiting, you proactively bring up trends and opportunities before the client asks for them. This is precisely what differentiates consulting from administration, and you see potential for the budget in this, not just for the next project.

Qualifications

What you bring with you

• Experience in client service or account management in an agency; you know the game between client requests, feasibility, and creativity, and you're eager to play it.
• A mind that automatically thinks about topics across channels, from social media to performance marketing to classic advertising and sales communication, instead of working through them one by one.
• An understanding of current social media mechanics and a feel for how formats and trends are currently shifting, and how they can be transferred to other channels.
• An extremely structured, independent way of working; you maintain an overview even with five parallel projects and never lose track.
• Routine with modern PM tools for managing timings, budgets, and capacities.
• Confident presentation and negotiation skills; you explain, contextualize, and make recommendations instead of just passing on wishes.
• An eye for upselling; you recognize where there is still potential in the budget and actively address it.
• An analytical basic understanding of KPIs such as Reach, Engagement, ROAS, and Conversion in order to classify and further develop ongoing measures.
• Joy in close collaboration with all internal teams; you brief in a way that makes them happy to work with you.
• Curiosity about new tools and AI-supported workflows that give you more time for consulting instead of administration.
