As an Account Manager, you will play a fundamental role in driving business growth by providing exceptional recruitment services to our clients. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in order to understand their recruitment needs and effectively fulfill their requirements. Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality candidates. Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and market trends. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations. Requirements Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the IT recruitment industry. Strong understanding of the IT sector and technical roles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
