Your responsibilities

Manage existing installer partners

• Maintain and strengthen partnerships with installers
• Ensure they have the necessary information and support to promote Securitas services

Attracting new installers

• Identify and approach new installation partners
• Pursue installers currently working with competitors

Commercial actions at installers

• Implement commercial actions aimed at increasing the number of connections to the alarm center

Customer management

• Follow up on a limited portfolio of customers related to the alarm center
• Maintain customer satisfaction
• Suggest additional services and explain new solutions

Project follow-up with partner installers

• Follow up on both commercial and technical aspects of projects
• Ensure a correct and smooth flow of cooperation

Remote support for alarm center services

• Provide support to installers and customers
• Serve as a link between installers, the alarm center, and mobile services

Internal collaboration & representation

• Closely collaborate with internal services to ensure efficient service delivery
• Represent Securitas at events related to alarm center services
