Therefore, we are looking for a dedicated& result-oriented Account Manager to strengthen our jovial team in Ronse.

Our Account Manager will not only be responsible for developing/ maintaining an existing customer portfolio, but will also penetrate the market via unique sales strategies such as up- & cross-selling, ....

• Maintain + build relationships with our valued customers
• Identify and pursue opportunities for up-/cross-selling via existing accounts
• Analyze account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
• Safeguard customer interests & negotiate long-term contracts
• Solve problems quickly & accurately and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Ensure customer satisfaction & identify opportunities to expand our services
• Develop + implement strategic business plans to stimulate growth & maximize customer satisfaction
• Continuously accurate & customer-focused communication to understand their changing needs & offer tailored solutions
• Function as the first point of contact for our customer portfolio, with emphasis on building a strong & long-term relationship
• Collaborate with various departments (sales, development, customer service, ..) to ensure seamless support to customers
• Participate in industry events/networking opportunities to expand your knowledge & professionally represent our company
