Account Manager (f/m/d)

As Account Executive, you are responsible for our existing customers. You build on existing relationships and are a proactive advisor who supports our customers in maximizing the potential of our platform and products.

• Manage our accounts and build on existing deals to make them profitable
• Be a professional and helpful point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times, thereby preventing churns
• Pursue and intensify customer relationships - expand your network step by step with the assigned accounts
• Inform customers proactively about relevant product developments at CELUM
• Recognize potential cross- and upsell opportunities and implement them

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the IT sector (SaaS)
• Strong understanding of large customer structures/groups/concerns and their decision-making processes
• Affinity for technology (IT products) is a must; experience working with SaaS solutions and Martech domain knowledge is a plus
• Proactive work style with a hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English skills (both at least C1)
