Account Manager for Technical Network

Telemedi is a company in the healthcare and assistance industry, employing programmers, doctors, and experts from other fields to create modern solutions that simplify life for our clients and patients. Our goal is to use technology to ensure that everyone has easy and immediate access to medical care and assistance services.

As an Account Manager for Technical Network, you will co-create innovations in the insurance and assistance industry.

We are looking for someone:

• with experience in partner business support,
• with excellent organizational skills and time management,
• with excellent communication and empathy skills,
• with knowledge of the industry will be a big plus.

What will be your responsibilities?

• seeking, implementing, and maintaining relationships with our network of technical service providers (roadside assistance, car rentals, services),
• daily operational support and resolving current issues in the technical network,
• cost discipline and creating and analyzing key performance indicators (KPI),
• negotiating rates and cooperation terms with service providers,
• optimizing operational processes and implementing new solutions,
• identifying new services and areas of cooperation.

The order of points is not accidental. The first three will account for 80% of your work.

Requirements

What do we expect from you:

• at least one year of experience in partner business support and/or building a network of partner companies,
• experience in process optimization and automation,
• readiness for frequent business trips,
• ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly developing environment,
• work with KPI and SLA (positive attitude towards working with data),
• good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel),
• knowledge of the English language will be a plus.
