Account Manager - Belgium

As Account Manager, you are responsible for strengthening Wolf Oil Corporation's market position in Belgium by building and managing sustainable partnerships with existing customers. Your focus lies on customer relationship management and achieving revenue growth with both current and new customers, with a healthy balance between commercial goals and margin management.

You work closely together with distributors, key accounts, and internal departments to successfully execute Wolf Oil's commercial strategy. You report to the Country Manager Benelux.

Responsibilities:

• You maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and key accounts. You understand their business, strategy, and operational needs to optimize collaboration.

• You identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your existing customer portfolio.

• You work closely together with distributors and internal teams to support them in logistics, inventory management, and pricing strategy, maximizing market penetration.

• You negotiate prices and contract terms and ensure that margins are in line with the regional price strategy.

• You analyze sales results and report regularly on performance and market developments.

• Additionally, you develop and execute a prospecting and growth strategy for the region, aligned with Wolf Oil's global growth goals.

• You use your knowledge of the Belgian automotive aftermarket sector to identify new business opportunities and build successful new customer relationships.

• You set commercial plans, conduct market analyses, and work together with distributors and the regional channel marketer to define the go-to-market strategy and stimulate sales in existing and new channels.
