Account Manager Ardeal/Banat

We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team in the regions of Ardeal and Banat. If you are a proactive person, oriented towards results, and passionate about sales, this position may be suitable for you.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and development of relationships with clients through visits
• Development and expansion of the client portfolio
• Persistent analysis of the sales zone and targets
• Identification, tracking, and winning major projects.
• Finding out customer needs and issuing offers.
• Verifying customer orders, controlling delivery of goods to customers, and following up on invoice collection.
• Negotiating contracts and signing them with prior notification of the superior.
• Preparing reports requested by the department head
• Support in installing equipment by providing complete information about clients or occasionally by delivering it
• Suport in instalation aparatelor prin discutii cu clientii referitor la indeplinirea conditiilor de instalare de catre client conform contractului
• Respect for the procedures of the quality system applicable to the department and company policy.
• Resolution of customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Making presentations and demonstrating functionality.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of engineering (e.g. mechatronics, electrical engineering, TCM)
• Driving license category B
• Advanced knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of PC operation
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or operating industrial equipment (industrial cantariri, product inspection, packaging, automation)
• Cities: Cluj, Oradea, Arad, Timisoara
• Counties in portfolio: Satu Mare, Bihor, Arad, Timis, Caras, Maramures, Zalau, Cluj, Bistrita, Alba, Hunedoara, Sibiu
