Account Management Intern

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Account Management Intern to support our team in handling client accounts, campaigns, and projects. The intern will gain hands-on experience in client servicing, campaign management, and cross-functional coordination across creative, media, and production teams. Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between key stakeholders, both internal and external, for client requests and day-to-day campaign handling. Understand client business objectives and contribute to strategic recommendations. Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications. Assist in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and meeting materials. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to the team. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and production, to ensure seamless campaign execution. Assist in managing client communication, including email correspondence, phone calls, and meetings. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for client growth. Learn and utilize project management tools and platforms. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
