As Account Executive Team Lead, you will drive Factorial's leading market position forward by building, developing, and leading a high-performing AE team, taking overall responsibility for their closing success and revenue performance.

Your Role

• Führe und betreue ein Team von Account Executives, begleite sie durch den gesamten Vertriebsprozess und stelle ihren Erfolg sicher.
• Fördere ein kollaboratives und leistungsstarkes Teamumfeld, steigere Motivation und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
• Übernimm die Verantwortung für Sales-qualified Deals und optimiere die Kundenerfahrung.
• Identifiziere, sprich an und unterstütze potenzielle Kund:innen während ihres Entscheidungsprozesses bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
• Entwickle innovative Account-Pläne und Strategien, um Verkaufsziele zu übertreffen, setze kreative und beratende Verkaufstechniken ein.
• Führe Verhandlungen auf C-Level und VP-Level, um vorteilhafte Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
• Stelle genaue Forecasts zu Aktivitäten und Umsatzergebnissen bereit, für Transparenz und Verantwortung.

Your Profile

• Hunter- & Farmer-Mentalität, Hunger, Durchhaltevermögen, starke Arbeitsmoral.
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Closing von B2B SaaS-Vertrieb.
• Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams von Account Executives.
• Starke Fähigkeiten in Datenanalyse und Vertriebsstrategie.
• Exzellente Kommunikation, Vertrauensaufbau, Empathie.
• Proaktive Ideenentwicklung, Initiative, Kreativität.
• Vollständige Verantwortung und Accountability für alle Aktivitäten.
• Deutsch auf Muttersprach-Niveau und sehr gutes Englisch.
