Account Executive

Job Title: Executive-Accounts Industry preferred: Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Shipping Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Key responsibilities Daily accounting operations: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, TDS, GST, Auditing and releasing authorized payments. Bookkeeping and reconciliation: Perform bookkeeping, including preparing and entering journal entries and conducting monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Client communication: Involves regular interaction with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on account status. Financial analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required by management or external stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices is essential for this role.
