Aufgaben

💡 WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• You are the face of RealStudio to our customers
• You work with market leaders in DACH (brands like BLACKROLL, Air Up, Toom Baumarkt, Stiftung Warentest, ...)
• You develop the customer portfolio strategically further – through upselling, cross-selling and identifying new business opportunities
• You build long-term, trusting relationships with decision-makers at C-Level

🚀 YOUR OUTPUT:

• Account Growth: You are responsible for the growth of your customer accounts and identify proactive opportunities for additional services and budgets
• Client Relationship Management: You lead regular strategy calls, business reviews, and present our results to strengthen customer loyalty
• Sales & Expansion: You recognize opportunities for new projects, campaigns, and platforms within existing accounts
• Strategic Advisory: You advise customers and show them how RealStudio can support their business goals
• Eskalationsmanagement: You jump in when the backend team is burning and ensure customer satisfaction in critical situations

Qualifikation

🤝 YOU CAN:

• You have proven success in B2B sales, account management or business development – ideally in an agency or social media environment
• You are a sales talent with the ability to identify needs and present convincing solutions
• You have a strong sense of relationship building and maintain long-term customer partnerships
• You think entrepreneurially, are results-driven, and work goal-oriented
• You communicate clearly, persuasively, and to the point – both in presentations and negotiations
• You possess a high level of self-initiative, completion strength, and sense of responsibility
• You speak fluent German in writing and speech
• Optional: You understand the mechanics of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content well enough to discuss them on an equal footing with customers
