This role will be based in Melbourne . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Account Executive will assist Senior Risk Managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement risk management strategies for clients. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, including conducting regular meetings and providing tailored risk management advice. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver risk management solutions that meet client needs. • Conducting risk assessments and developing risk management plans for clients. • Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients on risk management best practices. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to ensure the delivery of innovative and effective risk management solutions. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Risk Management, Business, Finance or related discipline. • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry. • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
