Account Executive

Role Overview: We’re looking for a driven and experienced Account Executive (AE) to join our sales team for Goodfit . As an AE, you’ll play a key role in identifying prospects, running demos, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals. The ideal candidate comes with a background in assessment software , understands the HR tech landscape, and has experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients. Responsibilities: Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos, objection handling, negotiation, and closing. Identify and qualify leads through various channels. Conduct compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Accurately forecast sales and track progress in Salesforce . Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on HR tech or assessment software . Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the sales cycle and closing techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
